We were upgraded to outstanding superior triple room exactly like on photos. Location: the hotel was not far from the big square, the center of the new town, and Marrakech. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Katsura, ate there once or twice.

It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring Marrakesh. The atmosphere was so relaxed, with beautiful views of the city and a cozy seating area. We enjoyed sipping on drinks and watching the sunset, creating unforgettable family memories. It was truly a highlight of our stay.
My wife says that there could have been more kid-friendly activities for families.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the riad's location in the heart of the old city allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. I highly recommend this riad for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Charming Moroccan Restaurant: The restaurant at this riad offers a truly authentic Moroccan dining experience. The flavors and aromas transported me to the bustling streets of Marrakesh. The spices and ingredients used were a delightful symphony of flavors, leaving my taste buds craving for more.
Intimidating Surroundings: The alleys and streets leading to the riad can be quite intimidating at first, especially at night. However, once you get familiar with the surroundings, it becomes less of an issue.

They offered to accompany us to places to prevent us from getting scammed and even provided a pick-up service at night if we felt uncomfortable walking alone. the ryad also offers various activities, such as camel riding, which we highly recommend.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and have no complaints.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of bread, cakes, and fruit to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new town, and within walking distance to all the main attractions.
The hotel was located down a small alleyway which can be difficult to find, so make sure to arrange for a taxi to take you there. the alleyway can also be a bit intimidating at night, but once you've been there once it's not a major issue.
